The menu and pause screen are just incredible

Love it !! This game is so satisfying to play. And the music? Absolutely superb!

Got a lot to say about this. Love the concept, and the work on the visuals, VFX, and player feel was good. Music was absolutely brilliantly executed, loved having different riffs for different combos. A lot of thought and work was put into different parts of the game and when it works, they all mesh together very nicely. 

Having to watch a tutorial isn't amazing though and not all combos are created equally. Having some sort of tutorial or way to recall the combos in the middle of the game would have been nice to have. The combo infographic at the start also didn't have any information on what combo did what. I saw what you were trying to do with the icons on the left of the keys changing to indicate what combos were possible, but it was too difficult to understand what they represented.

Also the enemy types were not very clear. If colour is the main focus of the game, I should be able to understand what enemies are on my screen at a glance.

Nevertheless, amazing game and seeing you guys grow as devs and artists is wonderful

this game is sooooo sick!? the menu screen is the best one not in this jam but like all of 2025? Art of menu screens were really lost and revived by this game frl.
