Genre
Vertical Scrolling Shmup/STG

Hours Spent
~60hrs or more over the span of the jam. Haven't kept track admittedly.

Best Part
The boss battle at the end (somewhat tough to nohit for me)

I wish I had...
Graze mechanic, detailed BG and music.

Favorite GOAT
Terraria is engaging with its adventuring gameplay and combat against bosses, with replayability through creating new characters and worlds along with having a lot of content mods that enhances gameplay further.

Favorite SOAT
Raiden II and its flash fangame version RaidenX. It has very detailed spritework and animations and gameplay about managing powerups. They're also very nostalgic to me as an introduction to the shmup genre.

Simple but really well executed. The animations all look super crisp and the sprites look good, feels polished.

Unassuming but a fun little experience. I want to zoom in to see the art of the ships better o.o

Thanks for your feedback. I'll keep that in mind in regards to sprite to canvas size.

Space, where shooting lives.

Classic game; a test of skill.

I died far too much.

Nice haiku. I went for transitioning the difficulty into the arcade shoot-em up experience in regards to game design. Thanks for playing.
