how do I make them? They say I don't have knowledge but I don't know how to get them, the new version is pretty confusing for me

You can gain knowledge of crafting ammo from the gun store owner and learn to set traps from the hardware store owner. These options are available in the early days. If you missed them, you can go back using cheat 'Take Me To Floor 3'. This will set any loaded save to day 3.

thank you! So if I teleported to day 3 and can I still get back to the previous day? Example I currently in day 24* and does the knowledge saved too?

Yes, but you'll need to clear the horde on day 3 first. The game saves at the start of each day.
