This game crushes actual Monopoly in just about every category. Most importantly, this game provides more fun. The system is pretty simple, but it feels good getting mastery over it in one play session. The art is phenomenal and shows the power of a consistent, distinct style across everything from character portraits to UI. I will echo that the little newspaper bits were fun and they could be used for more. Random events or opponent special abilities could make each playthrough varied and provide added difficulty that would keep me coming back for more.

The game turned out to be rather easy to play through once I figured out what was happening, although that's not bad at all. There was a challenge to learning the game nonetheless.

I was most impressed with the music and visuals! Even though it seemed to be only one song, it filled out the game perfectly. The visual style - including character designs - was also fun, and I enjoyed its consistency just as well.

Even if I expected a tabletop, it's even better, play with the mafia is very costly and random, so we could say that sheer luck can make this game harder than it looks.

I just wish the character design could look more badass since all of them seem to hire Kicchou "services", at least sakuya looks gangsta enough lol.

Amazing game. I love sending shion to devalue property then buying it all for cheap the next turn. Number go up soothes my brain.

A bit on the easier side, but I loved it! One of my favorite games of the jam, if not my favorite.

Honestly this was very fun! I really like the outfits the artists gave the characters, and the gameplay is classic and has replayability, i played the game 3 times, and even though i didn't win, i enjoyed it every time. I also really like the "BREAKING NEWS" moments with the little music jingle and the newspaper, it's just always funny to see for some reason

This was a lot of fun! It is satisfying to send Yachie to destroy anyone who dares make more money than me, and make everyone propertyless and take over the world.

Some feedback: I noticed while playing that the trading mechanic is pretty broken, you can get properties for 2k instead of 4k and pretty quickly get everyone else down to 0 properties and basically out of the game. A bug I noticed was that the misty lake star never appeared when I bought all the properties, and the game just froze when I bought every property in the game.

the game is really fun and the artworks are a amazing, the one nitpick i have is that wanted to pause the game, so instinctively pushed escape and the game closed, maybe there could be a warning box that asks you to confirm exiting out of the game
