Cool! It feels like one of those first person shooters you find at arcades now except it's actually fun
thank you! I was going for that.
This game was pretty cool. Reminds me of Virtua Cop. Like the previous reviewer, I wasn't sure about the controls or what type of game to expect until I checked the page online, but once I had that info it was all good. Maybe you could add tiny tutorial. It could be a paused frame at the start that doesn't continue until you shoot once, with a target over an enemy or something. Good work overall!
Thank you! Depending on how this game does and the feedback, I may take my time a develop it further with an actual lightgun to test lol.
Mac Version Permissions:
# Navigate to the application directory
cd ~/Downloads/MyMacBuild.app/Contents/MacOS/
# Add executable permissions
chmod +x MyMacBuild
# Alternatively, try this command
chmod -R 777 MyMacBuild.app
Gameplay Clarification:
This is an on rails shooter in the style of house of the dead. Your mouse is your controller if you do not have a lightgun.
Left Click Shoots
Right Click Reloads
Mouse movement moves the reticle
Esc opens the in-game volume options
The only thing that was frustrated for me is to understand the controls, no Tutorial, or text that showcased how to play... But still done a pretty good job. Keep It up!
Added the instructions to the page. I don't want to change my submission. If I do update it, it will be a post-submission download or something maybe. Thank you for the insight.
