Luckily as a Katamari fan I understood the controls, hoping this one gets finished at some point!
I liked the idea of the Katamari concept being used with Cirno the ice fairy. It made for a really interesting, very natural combination!
The music was fun to listen to, and I liked the choice of Cirno's model.
Unfortunately, without much to roll up after the first bits, and not much to roll up towards (such as increasingly large obstacles), there wasn't much gameplay to speak of. If this was to be expanded on, I'm sure that I would enjoy it quite a lot!
Otherwise, the concept and use of theme were very interesting as is. ^.^
Why does going forward make the camera turn right? It was just annoying.
But Katamari was something that could be so great to see in this Jam in particular, I hope you can complete this one someday.
Going forward with just one joystick (aka wasd OR arrow keys on keyboard) will cause you to lightly turn, as though youre only pushing on one side of the ball, gotta use both joysticks together for an even roll. I think newer katamari games have a "simple controls" option for using just one joystick, but i made it with the classic dual-stick controls in mind. =w=
Cirsyphus.
The Controls on Windows are pretty hard, having to rotate using S(and also just using both wasd and keys at once in general) is weird, but not too much of a problem, the song is good and the visuals are nice, but there isnt really any story, the concept and use of theme are good, although the challenge of not being able to beat the game without Shift is problematic, overall not a bad game tho
