I really liked the art and music!

The vibe of this game is very strong, the art, music and theme really come together very well. Nice job!

I kept coming across the ghost of Jimbo Joker... he haunts me even outside of that wretched card game...

Good mechanics

Submitted(+1)

Really good art and music, also reminds me of undertale like other people said.

The art, music, and atmosphere are fantastic! The gameplay is also very unique!

Submitted(+1)

Cool game! The atmosphere you managed to create is amazing! Feels very dreary, gloomy, with just enough hope kindling, a perfect fit for the theme and gameplay of the game.

The concept is amazing, and the courage and the perseverance mechanics really emphasizes the general theme of the game, overall amazing job!

Developer

Oh, your words are so kind!!! :'') Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

This game has great potential! Keep up the good work!

The art really remind me of UT and DeltaRune I really love the concept that after you lose another person come to look for you recycle the loop again

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! It's actually kinda funny you mention UT and DeltaRune. When I was drawing the ghost sprite, I was experimenting around with different styles for the eyes and stumbled upon the oblong black outline. Then I realized, "Wait, this looks similar to Napstablook!". I later leaned into this and made a (bad) anagram as one of the possible choices of names! So, I suppose it all wraps around, haha.

I like it, it reminds me of Undertale. I really like the sprites and the music.

Love the music and vibe this game gives!

Final time was 4m 49s :] I was mashing like crazy through all of the dialogue lol

Developer

Wow, nice time! And thanks for playing! My personal best was 6m 32s, so I'm quite impressed. I tried to make each room speedrun friendly, but there are some that aren't (ones where you have to wait for the falling blocks in order to descend). There's one room like this in floor 1, but there are several more in floors 4 and 5 because they were made when I was rushing so that I could submit on time -- which didn't end up happening anyways, haha! Once again, thanks for playing~

Great ambience!

interesting concept. but in such games you want to play with one hand, it would be nicer to make movements on AD

Developer

Thank you for playing my game! I actually hadn't considered this at all while playtesting, but after trying it with AD, it felt a lot better... Definitely something I'll keep in mind for future games, haha. Thanks for the feedback!

I can't seem to interact with anything :*(

I'll check in later to play it again and rate it if it manages to get fixed! Using firefox on Windows

Developer

Sorry about the trouble with interactions! The player character is supposed to face the object that they're interacting with, but I've changed it so that you can interact with objects that overlap with the player. I hope this allows you to try the game! :')

Really atmosferic but i can't open the chests and some levels keep reappearing (Browser version)

Developer

Thanks for playing! Sorry about the trouble with opening chests. Were you standing on the chest or next to the chests when trying to interact? Also, were you using the windows version or the web browser version (and which browser, if so)?

Submitted(+1)

I was on top of it, using opera GX

Submitted(+1)

It's fun. The art is nice too. Tho it gets tiring quickly, since the levels just repeat. There's also an issue with opening the chest.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Sorry about the trouble regarding interactions. I've been trying to replicate this issue. Did you use the windows exe or the web browser version? And if you used the web browser, which browser did you use?  Thanks!

Submitted(+1)

Nice game, but problem to open chest.

Submitted(+1)

I used a browser,  named Opera GX.
Not the best I think to play your game.

This is a pretty interesting concept with a lovable style. I had issues interacting with objects, but found ways to do so. Trying to fall on the objects as I hit the space bar allowed for me to interact.

No worries! I used the browser build with Firefox; however, it's a bit of user error on my end. I just tried both versions (web and win.exe) and interactions always (seem to) work once the player realizes where to stand, but the player has to be NEXT to the object rather than standing in front of it.

Whoops!

Developer(+1)

Oh, phew! Sorry about before, but yes, that is how the interaction is supposed to work. In hindsight, I should've made it more clear ^^;;. Thanks for responding!
