This is such a fun piece! I love the interplay of rhythms and bouncy melodies. It's definitely the kind of music that makes a game level even more fun. Great job!
I really like the interweaving plucking and melodic parts to this piece. The marimba with the delay on it adds energy to the piece and drives it forward which makes me think this may be more like a jungle than a forest. Maybe I’m reminded of the forest canopy levels of the third world in the original Donkey Kong Country. The percussion is not overbearing and adds a nice touch to stabilize the more chaotic parts with a constant rhythmic pattern. The vibe is overall quite fun and would fit a video game forest really well. Great work and thank you for sharing!
I can definetly see this in a videogame! Well done.
It's weird. I like the vibe, and I like the kind of environment it's putting me in, but I'm really confused by the fact that I have no idea where the track is leading me to. There's clearly a progression, it doesn't just feel like a background song, but I don't get what it's trying to tell me.
Nice vibe for the theme, anyway. Kind of a mix with retro water levels, SNES time, I like it.
Well done!
