Are you saying I have to have more than 18 submissions on my itch.io or is that some sort of age thing?
"18+ submissions must be clearly labelled as such" just means that if you make an adults-only game, you need to clearly label it in your submission. If you submit an all-ages game, there's no need to worry about that.
