Very cute and funny! Great pixel art, dialogue was a ton of fun, and I loved all the references to other game music. The hard cut to the parrot in the Santa hat got me good!
Gameplay-wise, I found it a little too easy. I actually did a second playthrough where I didn't hit any notes just to see the head actually grow. It also would've been nice if there was an obvious "missed note" sound, as it was a bit hard to tell if I was hitting notes or not.

Super fun and cool to see a rhythm game in a jam! These type of arrow key pressing rhythm games are my favorite too, this is right up my alley. I loved all the references and the music choices. I would've liked the sections to be longer for the rhythm game part, I was really enjoying it each time and was bummed they ended so fast. Great work on this I had a lot of fun playing thru it!

quite a nice cute game with a bunch of funny references some notes on improvement are the window to press is very small and the varying pixel sizes throw me off a bit. but it was a great length experience and i had a good time!

Very cute dragon, parrot and mage. Liked some of the dialog. I think the length of the game was good for this jam.
I liked the gameplay. Would also be cool to have a few more notes to play/hit.
When the game started and the textbox stayed empty, I thought it crashed. I think you should print the first text out automatically. I also would think you should add WASD to the control scheme, and not only use the arrow keys. I crashed the first song because I thought I could use WASD.
