Massive congratulations in coming first in the Originality category!
Thank you so much!!! It was a pleasure to take part.
One of the best games I’ve tested in the jam!
The graphics are amazing and polished!
The gameplay gave me great memories of "Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime"!
Bravo on the fantastic work!
Thank you for your support!
Really nice concept! It was fun to play, and was a really unique game, really impressive and for it being stitched up in the final hours of the gamejam like startup message said, it was really fun!
Thanks for the review! It's great that you had fun! :)
The art, music, gameplay, and design all had a nice polish to them. The concept is really fun and everything buttoned up really nicely together. I like the panic you feel and the dilemma of realtime decisions. The controls were really nice and the mechanic was fun. Nice work!
Thanks for the feedback! We are glad that you enjoyed the game! We will keep trying! :)
So far this is probably the most original entry I've played in the jam!
The combination of side scrolling and having to move around to get to the steering, lasers, and corpse vacuum was interesting. And the variety of human character designs was neat. I especially liked how people got flung around after being zapped!
It took a little while for me to get the Kaiju to wake up, but it wasn't excruciating. The game was long enough where I had to get into a groove to keep up a consistent pace of progress, but once I got into that groove the game concluded reasonably quickly.
I also appreciate the in-depth tutorial where you had to complete an action to progress, I kinda wish I had time to implement that in my own lol.
Good work!
Thank you so much for the detailed review! We are glad that you enjoyed playing our game! It's valuable to us! :)
An unusual game, makes you feel the emotions of tension and relief at its completion. It's a pity you can't play as a monster after it wakes up.
Thanks! We are glad that our game has changed you with emotions! We will keep trying! :)
Liked the art style and the cool movement mechanics! Kind of wished the lasers moved a bit faster to shoot enemies, as I found it a little difficult to fight them and fill up the bar. Other than that though - really solid game! I liked it! 🛸
Side note: I found a way to cheese things - if you fly in one direction for a bit, shoot the people, put them in the ship and repeat, you can avoid the enemies entirely and win haha
We're happy you liked our game, thanks for the feedback! 😊 Yeah, you’re right, that way does work. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we didn’t fix it.))
pretty good game, really the only thing that bugs me is the bland soulless Allegra Art style, I really would have preferred a different style. but other than that, it's a solid game.
Hi! Tastes can be different, and that's perfectly normal. It's always interesting to hear different opinions! Every artist brings something unique to their work! We are sure that our game turned out to be atmospheric, bright and organic! Thank you for appreciating our game! We will try to evaluate your project as well! :)
Really creative idea on how to control the ship, not your average WASD setup, I really like having to physically move around the ship to control it.
Hello! Thank you, we tried our best! We will definitely come to see your project! :)
Interesting idea, it was very satisfying when I finally woke up the kaiju.
Hi! Thank you for appreciating our work! :)
