Participants will be tasked with creating a game between 6/13/2024 and 7/18/2025, in whatever format they choose, while using the themes as guidance. 

Use of pre-made code/assets is allowed as long as they are credited to the proper source. 

To follow the spirit of the jam, we ask that you submit something for each of the 4 sprints. In order to be eligible for the top rankings at the end, you need to submit to the final end-of-jam submission as well as at least 2 of the previous sprints. Other entries will still be ranked by the submitters and contributors.

Sprints 1-3 will have their own itch.io jam pages for submitting your work. Your final project will be submitted to the main Climate Jam itch.io page at end of Sprint 4.

This jam is open to people of all skill levels; newcomers are always welcome. Our Discord community will help you find a team to join that fits your skills and interests. You may work in a team or work solo.
