The atmosphere is really intriguing, but I felt like there wasn’t enough light to navigate comfortably. It’s great that you added cutscenes, but they seem to raise more questions than they answer, which can make things feel a bit confusing.

If you’re including camera control, it would be helpful to also add a camera sensitivity or mouse sensitivity option. After reading some comments, I also think a small tutorial or more visual clues would improve the experience and make it easier for players to understand what to do. Additionally, adding some UI guidance on how to exit the keypad would be really useful.

Game has a strong foundation, and with a few adjustments to clarity and usability, it could be even more immersive and enjoyable!

Can I get a hint on what to do after I leave the hut? I kind of understand what coordinates are needed on the map, but I don't understand at all what to do with it

Developer

Hello! Thank you for your time :)

Re: you can find a screen with cryptic messages near the containers. Try to count containers of the corresponding colors from the screen, this should give you a first set of coordinates! The same idea goes for other riddles as well, you might need to count objects simular to shown on the picture, to get the correct number. All the objects could be found by wandering around the space base, good luck :D

hi! thanks for the reply, but I have already found the coordinates for the map (84.8 and 39.4). The question is, what should I do with them after I deposit them on the card?

Developer(+1)

Sorry for misunderstanding, great job!

After you plug in 84.8 into the tablet (located on the small radar) you can see that the drill has stopped, interacting with it should give push you forward in the story and allow to find a pin-code for the garage. You can try plugging-in second coordinates once you open the garage door :)

P.S. To plug-in coordinates you can just set the correct value and exit the tablet window by pressing interaction button once again😅

The game has a good atmosphere, interesting puzzle elements, but I crashed several times. the game lacked sounds and music.

Developer

Hello, thank you for the kind feedback! I am sorry for your experience :(

Could you please tell where crashes occurred, so I could fix them?

I liked the atmosphere of the game. Good job!

As others have mentioned, a bit difficult controls 😅 I like the overall concept/story.

I couldn’t get past the door, but I really love the atmosphere! So well done!

The game looks interesting, but unfortunately I didn't know what to do <.>

I tried pressing E everywhere including the device with the card and the one require the card, but nothing is happening D:

Overall, well made ! :3

Thank you for giving my game a shot!

I'm sorry that controls weren't very clear :(

But if you are willing to give it a second try, to escape the first room you can grab the access card from the broken console xd

Anyway, thanks for feedback, I surely will play your game tomorrow, when I got my computer back!

  • Got to the second room, but wasn't able to back out of the keypad when I realized I didn't have the code. Is there a way to back out? I tried ESC. I saw that the drill machine smells like cheese, but I didn't see numbers elsewhere.
  • The camera 'flying' to show you exactly what to do is great!
  • So many random details in the room that need appreciating. It's no easy feat to make this many independent 3D scenes in a short amount of time. The propellers, the spare drill scaffolding, etc. in the first room, for example. The "domed" glass in the second room. Very nice!

Which conspiracy theory were you after? Regardless, great 3D fps "escape room" game!

Hello, thanks for feedback!

  • Regarding the keypad, yes, you can exit it, but I binded it the the same interaction key :( I know that it's not very intuitive, but I simply forgot to change it.
  • The conspiracy theory was that the moon is in fact an enormous cheese wheel, but most of things I added to create an atmosphere don't work WebGL😞 So unfortunately the only way to understand it is to get to the ending.

Anyway, thank you very much for playing and good luck on the jam!

Oh dope -- I'll have to come back and retry again!

  • Re ESC: Haha, doh, I should've tried the same interaction key again.
  • Re theme: ooooo, okay now I definitely have to play to the end to see that reveal

Looking forward to playing this again, and best of luck to you too!

Hope you'll have fun playing :) Thanks once again.

I don't have the computer right now, but I promise to try your game tomorrow!
