Fun game! Like other reviews said the buttons feel a little glitchy like when two clones are standing on one button and it starts to continuously go up and down but otherwise, I liked it!

Developer

Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed it, I agree that some of the mechanics were pretty glitchy, I think I might work on this game later on and try to fix them.

This was neat! I like the puzzle perspective of a cloning mechanic, neat to try and figure out what clones need to be where and shuffling them around. I noticed the buttons are a lil glitchy to stand on, not a huge issue but with the volume being as loud as it is the spam ticking sound is a bit much. Small thing I really liked was the circular swipe screen transitions, nice job with this one!

Yeah, the bugs are pretty annoying, but I'm glad you enjoyed the game! Thanks for the comment about the transition.

tysm! I loved your game too, the art-style and polish was amazing.

Great game! The story was interesting and the difficulty was quite balanced. Not too short and not too long with nice sound effects and particles (at least in the first level). I did experience a few bugs but they don't really matter.

Developer

Thanks! The game could use a little polish, but I'm happy you enjoyed it!

Great concept!

Very good puzzle design and fun to solve.

I was expecting the bunny to kick the Devil Dude in the face at the end haha.

Great job, congratulations

Developer

Thank you!! I'll take your expectations into consideration if I decide to update the game, but I'm happy you liked it!

Great game! The mechanics are cool and easy to understand. The level design was solid and introduced each mechanics well.

Developer(+1)

That means so much coming from you. Your game was definitely one of the most finished one I've played in the jam. Thanks for the kind words!

Cool idea with the multiplying, great potential with problem solving! The story didn't have an end tho D:

Yeah, sorry about that, I had to go to a performance a day before the deadline 😭 thank for the kind words though!

This was a neat little puzzle game. You did acknowledge in the description that the jump button is “finnicky”, so I won’t harp on it too much. I will point out, however, that there were times where i tried to jump and could not, but also times where i should not have been able to jump but could, which meant that most of the puzzles could be cheesed by just, jumping inside of a wall or in midair.

Playing in fullscreen is NOT a good idea, as if you do then there is this weird white rectangle that covers up the playfield and makes it impossible to see what you are doing. This might be related to the fact that my display is 4480×2520, but accounting for large monitors is a part of making games for PC.

An odd white rectangle covers the screen

I’ll note also that, because you used the default Unity movement system, players with gamepads can move their character with left-stick. Mapping jump, multiply, and transfer to face buttons would have been a nice accommodation feature.

Sorry about the wait! I made the patches (the canvas is still pretty weird) , and it works better now, your advice was very helpful; thanks!

I put the game in full screen but had some issues with a white square covering part of it, so I kept switching back and forth.

A bit tricky, but the game is fun, well done!

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thanks! I fixed the white patch so I hope you play again and enjoy (there are still some minor bugs.)

I played the game in full screen, but there are still some UI elements that block my view. The art design and gameplay of this game are quite good. However, the handling of jumping and certain mechanics still needs optimization. At last,  Using the Canvas Scale component in Unity can help your UI adapt to different screen sizes, which is very convenient. You might want to check it out!

Thank you so much! This actually helped so much, I hope you give the game another shot after the patch (I still can't figure out how to do the UI properly :( )
