Nice Playbook!  I love a good goon. This does a great job at making them work.  Henching Ain't Easy is such a good idea for a central move, and I really like all the different ways having someone as your boss can effect your moves.  "Yeah! What They Said!" is probably my favorite of the bunch, just because it makes me think of some NPCs I've run in the past who would do exactly that.
