Shrimply Fishing

Catch all sorts of weird fish from the surface and depths of the ocean alike!
(I Heart Default Godot Labels)

I made a game for Ludum Dare 57 in 72 hours! Shrimply Fishing is a (fairly) relaxing fishing game featuring crudely drawn fish and too many explosives to count. There's lots of different unique types of fish to find as you explore the ocean - each of the ocean's 4 depth levels house a different selection of fish, so I encourage you to explore deeper and deeper as you catch more fish.

There's a lot of features I had to cut to save time (including an actual UI, as you can see in the gif above lol), which I all outlined in a postmortem devlog you can find on the game's page, but I'm still proud of what I managed to crank out in 72 hours. Go check it out and play it on your browser!
