I just randomly went to sleep and when I woke up I got some event where the crazy girl from the emails kills me with a knife. Is there any way to avoid this? What triggers it?

It is a Fixed Event. It will always trigger if you have enough Followers and Subscribers on CockTwitch.
The Results of this Event depends on Jun's relationship stage.
| Negative Stage 3: sympathy -100 and less, hate stage |
| Negative Stage 2: sympathy -50 to -99, didn't respond stage |
| Negative Stage 1: sympathy -1 to -49, ignore stage |
| Positive Stage 1: sympathy 0 to 200. |
| Positive Stage 2: sympathy 200 or more. |
| Positive Stage 3: 500 sympathy. "Love stage". |
If Jun's Sympathy is below Positive Stage 2 or below 200, when the Crazy Woman finally comes, you are guaranteed to die and get a Bad Ending.
But if Jun's Sympathy is at Positive Stage 2 or above 200, when the Crazy Woman finally comes, she will threaten to destroy and mess up Jun. and now You will have to make one of these 2 choices.
If you choose to "Run Away" you will get a Bad Ending where when you come back to your room, Jun is completely destroyed, and result as a Bad Ending.
If you choose to "Protect Jun" there will be 2 results of this depending on Jun's Sympathy and whether she has both Arms or not.
If Jun's Sympathy is below Positive Stage 2 or below 200, at the moment when that Woman is about to kill you, Jun will not help you and will do nothing, and she will just let that Woman kill you, which is result as a Bad Ending.
If Jun's Sympathy is s at Positive Stage 2 or above 200 but she has no Arms, Jun will not be able to help you, and that will cause you to get killed, which is result as a Bad Ending.
But if Jun's Sympathy is s at Positive Stage 2 or above 200 and got both Arms, at the moment when that Woman is about to kill you and she wasn't looking at Jun, Jun quickly came behind her and karate-chop at that Woman's neck and make her passed out saving you from getting killed, which is result as no Ending and you can continue playing.
I'm gonna guess that her Sympathy for you is really low because her Temporary AI just kicks in. If her Sympathy is high enough, the game should give you those 2 choices. And Jun might need to have Both Arms and Legs. Well, at least, of course, she needs both Arms. Other wise how will she gonna do a karate-chop?
I didn't even know about this, and I just realized that Jun might need to have both Arms and Legs. I thought the game will give you 2 choices for you to choose anyway. I never encounter this myself because I've been playing this game for so long now. On every playthrough, I always manage to get both Arms and Legs before that Woman finally comes to attack. I also can't be able to make Jun hate me too. I still haven't figured out how.
I think I managed to bypass it. I got lucky and went outside for a walk and the weather turned cold, just like when she's about to enter the house, so she probably came and left while I was on that walk.
EDIT: After more testing it seems I can avoid the event by staying outside between 6pm and 12am. Then I spent a few days boosting Jun's sympathy since she had just activated advanced ai until it was enough to take care of the girl.
