I also had to finish it yesterday, as I have another daily job, I couldn't send it today. The hard part is that only after sending it, with my ears more "rested", I realized that I had overdone the compression. I'll have to do a remastered version.
Yeah, last night I felt like my ear was no longer able to tell right from wrong, and man, there's a part of one of my songs that sounded really bad when I listened to it this morning, and it's actually kind of screaming!
This was my second time attending and I also enjoyed it a ton. I have finals in about a month, but still spent an entire weekend on this front to back lol.
I am looking forward to listening to a bunch of submissions in the coming days.
