Brilliant Idea, cool look, absolutely love the fact, that “showtime” isn’t just a button press. Lack of sounds, but still fun experience!
Thanks, We had a lot of fun with the showtime phase and trick ideas
Haha Think I played this for the longest of any game in the jam, i knew i couldnt stop playing until i summoned grandma >:) Really cool (and impressively polished) use of the theme. Love the dense UI layout, the magic show on the right and that everything being a type of card. Just beautiful teamwork right here. Thanks for jamming (again) ✨
I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for hosting and I'm looking forward to the next jam
Liked the idea,it's fun to see not only we choose the card but the magician do what the card title do. The tutorial and hints are great, makes the game less confusing. Good job!
Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it
I like the art style, the use of photo textures is cool and having an animation for every trick is a good touch. I got a bit lost in the mechanics but there is a lot going on for a jam game so good job.
Thank you, I'll be sure to pass it onto the artists
I really like the implementation of the idea and the style of the graphics, maybe would like to have some levels and graphics in the same style
Thank you for Playing
Good game, very good design. But same there should be some levels so that players can adapt the game smoothly like for starting levels giving less cards and then increasing them.
Thanks for Playing. We had a idea for different escalating party effects and rewards that we had to unfortunately had to cut :(
Seems like there is definitely a lot to this game, unfortunately there isnt really a tutorial to tell you what is going on and what stats matter. There seems to be a lot of cool foresight required which I enjoy, and was fun to try to double doubles.
Lots of effort here. Deckbuilders require a lot of good ux and it felt hard to know what was going on or what happened when I clicked showtime. Cool vibes for sure but got lost pretty fast
