Hahahaha I love the idea !! Good one !!
The reverse asteroids is a fun idea. I abused the enemy tracking a lot by constantly moving from one edge to another. The controls were just as floaty as you'd expect for an asteroid and I liked that the enemy had a blind side right behind it where tracking would stop.
This is a good one!
Role-swaps are always a fun idea for a game. And you picked a great idea for the theme!
It was fun zipping around out-maneuvering the "player" for a while. I went up to 3000 points before stopping :)
I also love the texture you used for the bullets. It took me ages to realize what that was XD
Nicely done!
I love the idea of playing as the asteroid in asteroids. she's clearly the protagonist. I would actually love to see a jam where everyone has to remake a game where you play as another character. Like snake but youre the apples or pacman where youre all the ghosts. Enjoyed this entry, thanks for jamming
Great twist! i would've never though about this kind of twist XD It's great, the tutorial page could use a solid or proper background because it was hard to read them. The gameplay quite straightforward, a little bit struggling with the controls, i also found that the asteroids sometimes move extremely quick like a bug, i don't know if that's intentional. Overall, Good work!
I really like the idea of controlling the asteroids instead of the ship, that's super fun! The controls do seem oddly floaty in some ways, I'm not sure exactly why but there seems to be some disconnect between the real and apparent position.
Thanks for playing the game! I was trying to capture the idea of being a rock drifting in space so the controls are intentionally not as direct, that being said I agree that there is still some room for improvement.
fun game! 1 thing i liked is that when u get hit u keep getting smaller untill you lost.
I really liked the physics and gameplay, and turning it around so you're the asteroid is a great move
The idea of controlling the asteriod is really cool
