This was wonderful in a lot of ways! I like how you put the effort into changing the music twice on the last level. And it was just generally quite fun and well presented. I especially like the color palette, I'm curious how you arrived at that!
Also y no secret here?! 😆

Very good retro style! and the particles OMG... didn't expect it to be this good.

Developer

Thanks!!! I spent like 2 hours just trying to get the particles to look good,

Really great stuff, pixel art is butter, and movement feels great. I would praise all of the audio in this game except for the drop section in Level 2, that sound played is WAY too harsh for my liking, but I appreciate the effect you were going work.

Great job!

Haha what a fun entry. Explosive platforming action! The game feel definitely kept me hooked. My only concern early on was that I might not turn into a rock at some point but somehow you had that covered! Redacted Rockman defeats the Amphibian Overlords once again.

Developer

Thank you for playing, and the kind words! Redacted Rockman for the win hahahah :))

You knocked it out of the park with this one.

Art, music, gamefeel - all great.

And I say that as someone who doesn't really play games that require dexterity or platforming. The way it feels when you destroy a frog on level three is sooo good. So much polish in here for such a short jam. Bravo. Full marks.

Developer

Wow! Super kind words! It really means a lot to hear, especially from someone of your obvious talents. I was really stressing this jam to get all the juice in and I'm glad you think I succeeded!
