A very entertaining game, It’s kinda confusing at the beginning  but you quickly get the hang of it. With a better UI and some work  I see it as an idea with potential

Fuck yeah this is so much fun! Trying to stack stats to create the ultimate unit is so addicting. And the rng keeps it fresh. Would play this way longer just to create all kinds builds. And it was so fun to see the combinations affect the sprites, giant jackalope was the best. Super cute sprites and all around great presentation. One of my favorite games across all my jams, love the gameplay.

Fun idea and cute characters. I like the idea of breeding but it doesn't seem super useful in it's current shape. I like what sound is there but would love more. Same with more unit types and I wish the previews matched the unit cause when something spawned with different hair color than on the icon I got confused. And a lot of the icons looked similar so it was hard to see who was what. And I think it starts off a bit too hard only having one unit vs two feels unfair. But overall I think this is something fun with potential. Good job.

I had no idea what I was doing, but I kept winning anyway.

It would be nice to have some information within the game on what the units and their abilities actually do. I am sure this game has a lot more depth than it seems, but the lack of transparency in the UI is really holding it back.

You can hover  over the little icons above character's heads (or tap them on mobile) to check what each trait does! I will try to make it a bit clearer tho

This has potential!

I agree about breeding being not that useful. At first try I thought the stats would level up by using it, but I just lost units.

As generic traits, why not simply add Strong (attack+), Tough (health+) and Nimble (speed+) for example? I wonder if that couldn't make some traits that are easy to propagate so as to make your units stronger through breeding.

Developer

Nimble is already a trait, but yeah I sorta agree. Issue here is that I didn't want very simple plain traits like that since they're not really interesting, they don't encourage you to make some sort of strategy

Interesting concept. I liked trying to find winning combinatons, although ultimately I think harpy army is the way to go. Neat little character sprites, I even liked how the bovine would leak milk and cum. Only problem I had was I felt the game heavily penalises breeding. Maybe I'm just bad though, I just found the combination of being down a unit without guarantee of passing on traits, to be rough. Otherwise, great character designs, good job!

Thanks for playing our game! Yeah, it was kinda hard to balance the breeding so it's not a downright downgrade. There is some rhyme and reason as to what gets passed on (traits always get passed on, but some of them are locked to certain creature types. So only dragon's can have fire attack, only harpies can have ranged attacks etc). Ideally, this would have balanced itself out by having more generic traits but I ran out of time (and ideas) to add them
