I found the SFX very pleasant.  It was fun to just sit back and watch and listen to the shapes.

Nice work! Echoing some other comments, changing colors or some other identifier at a higher shape class would be helpful. Also maybe listing out costs all the time so you don’t have to hover, I “thought” click was off but I eventually figured out the how crazy expensive the higher shapes are, an ounce of prevention really does equal a pound of cure!

You can feel how deeply satisfying this can become! And great way to run with the prompt! I found myself looking for a clearer way to differentiate the shape classes - maybe with color instead of all pink? The slow down mechanic was a stroke of genius for this game.

I really liked the idea, but oh boy do those levels spiral out of control quickly. Thanks for making this!

Honestly, I think you have an interesting idea here but it needs some tuning. The shapes get out of control very quickly, and i'd experiment with lowering the cost of lowering a level or put it on some kind of cooldown timer. Nice job tho! Keep making games!

I've got a few minor notes:

  • Changing the resolution doesn't seem to be handled too well
  • The instructions in the beginning disappear too fast to fully read
  • The result score probably didn't need three decimal places :]

It's a pretty simple but novel idea. I ended up building up a single level 8 shape and blew up everything else that dared to spawn, which got me a slow but steady rise in score... until I got bored of it and let things build, anyway. Didn't last too long after that.

Things get crazy fast, definitely chaotic!

this was such an interesting idea! took a little while to get my head around it but felt really unique

So hectic. but in a good way :D The chaos feels just right, especially since each run is so short.
I think I did pretty well too  my highest score was around 750,000

Cool concept! I enjoyed playing and can see myself getting deeper into it. I couldn't figure out how to get very far. It picks up pretty fast, I wonder if it could really shine if the rate at which the speed ramps up was adjusted a bit. Perfect for the theme!

Great entry, and fits the theme perfectly! I like the risk v. reward style gameplay

I really like this concept! I think with a little tweaking and extra pizazz this could be turned into a great game! In its current state it definitely has a steep learning curve, but that might just be due to my skills lacking, fun concept for sure!

Interesting idea and definitely a lot of chaos! But I need more time to read the instructions) I also kept clicking everywhere and pressing space, had to take a screenshot of the instructions to read them, haha.

Love the concept, had a bit of trouble understanding what I should do. Kept pressing space and clicking everywhere ... until I restarted and quickly read all the instructions.

Maybe some tutorial at the start could help easing the player in.

Great submission!

Really interesting game, I didn't really get it at first but after a minute I did. My only negative is the instructions that appeared at the start went away too fast so I had to restart a couple times to read it at all. After I got it down, the gameplay was actually more fun than I expected and I found myself lost in the strategy of where to spend my points. Nice first entry!
