Really cool concept! Loved the story you wrote for it in the main menu - I wish a bit of it could have been explored more during the gameplay. Running into more ghosts would have been a great way to add some story to the long walk. Overall, really well designed. The UI use was top notch. Good job!

Nice little game. I didn't realize that the pulse cost fuel until I was almost out. I was spamming it before then. Looked pretty. Simple gameplay, though difficult. Never was able to finish it.

Promising entry with some great ideas, like the "ghosts" on the lantern and the continuous pressure of decision making: collect light but leave the path, or keep going? From the little that is visible during gameplay, it's a visually pleasing entry with a good use of the UI pack, too.

Some things felt like they were placeholders, for example it seemed like the constant enemy sound didn't have any other effect than to explain why you're dying immediately without any light; I also didn't understand how the reveal/radar shader was supposed to help. Maybe I could have survived longer in the dark when using it... 🤔

Unfortunately I had the same experience as NicebearStudio, I had the light of the station in sight when my light ran out and I died. That was frustrating!

Thanks for clearly telling and showing what needs to be done, and how!

It's a good idea but needs more work. Not much to do in the game, not sure if that was the intent. Visuals are great though. Good job!

A very slow walking simulator. Got killed right when I was already in the light of the other station, no idea why. But athmosphere is there, maybe add some sound effects for footsteps. Exploration is somewhat discouraged by how tight the resources are. Keep at it ;)

Love the feel of the game, the localized lighting, the ambient music.   Just enough hints and enough time to get to ember station after failing several times.   Great idea to have the keyboard shortcuts shown as default, but with the keystroke to hide them.  Easy to use menu system.  Really enjoyed this.

Haha, well we had very VERY similar ideas! I think I could get some tips from you as I think you encapsulated the feeling that I don't think I did as well on with the small limited view in an expanse of black. I would say maybe shorten the game up? I don't know if that much walking is necessary without more to interact with. Really loved the vibes!
