First thing, how huge is the map :D? For one of my attemts I just ran without any fighting for as long as I could, and maybe I got lost somewhere, but I did not see the end.

I also agree that the bottom bar is just waaaaay too big. Maybe even putting it on the side would be viable as you mostly progress downwards.

Apart from that, the game is nice. The art is coherent, the combat presents a nice challenge and the reincarnation mechanic is cool. Most importantly, the combat feels good. You can really learn to fight well with bit of practice. So, good job on that!

The bar at the bottom is too big considering that I mostly go down.

Maybe I could also communicate better, for example, what agility is and what it's good for...

Arrows are unacceptably OP! :D

However, with each reincarnation, the game plays better and better. Kiting skeletons horizontally / vertically is much different. Maybe it's not just because of the animations :)

Just please move the bar at the bottom somewhere... for example to the right side of the screen.

A pretty pixel art dungeon crawler.

I like the art style and the visuals overall. The kiting mechanic is well implemented and is at the right amount of difficulty for me. There is some enemy variety and the mandatory leveling up system we know from rogue-like games.

It just lacks a sense of direction. I kept on killing enemies, collecting the gold and levelling up. I didn't feel any deeper progression. Also, the lack of any sound is painstakingly obvious and takes away a lot from the overall experience. And lastly the weapon hotbar breaks the visual quite a lot. I feel like this is a decent start though. With some time and work I can see this being pretty good.

When it comes to the ingredients, i didn't have a problem with their use. I see "sacrifice" and "my home, my castle" clearly. Then "reincarnation" is somewhat of a stretch but I can see it.

In summary, I like the visual and the core mechanic, I would just like some sound a bit of a story and a visual rework of the hotbar but I understand this is just a matter of time. Good job though and I hope to see this built-upon some time!

A little short but sweet. Unfortunately it wasn't always clear what to do and where to go, but the mechanics worked well and I enjoyed being a hooded hero boogying through a castle at mach 3 poking all skeletons to death.

This game has nice look besides the weapon hotbar. The sacrifice altar is somewhat broken. I picked the coins at the beginning and upgraded my stats till infinity. If you find a bow you can kill enemies even from distance and you won it all.

There were some elements to this masterpiece that I didn’t quite enjoy. The main movement direction is downwards, but it is covered by the UI. Arrows deal damage even when stationary and enemies can do damage even after death… but it is still enjoyable. Good ol’ dungeon crawler; you don’t see many of these nowadays. :)
