I completely agree with the praise from other comments, I will not repeat it here.
I have one big annoyance - why o why do you not have something like "r to restart" in the tutorial? It allows you to lock yourself quite easily, and no indication that you did something wrong.
And one small annoyance, in the later levels, when you understand the mechanics, when I got an idea how to do it, I needed to kill myself repeatedly to try it. In most of the levels it was clear where to commit the suicide, so I needed to travel there (repeatedly) and it adds nothing to the gameplay. (In one of the levels that was actually a game mechanic (you need to keep access to something to kill yourself), which was nice. )
As always, you guys come with absolute bangers, with tonnes of polish and great attention of detail, great stuff.
I'll try to not repeat what others have said and mention other things:
I liked the level design. To the point that at certain moments I loudly exclaimed "oh you bastards" because I was always 1 block off from a "clean" solution. Of course it wasn't actually frustrating at any points, it forced me to think differently and in the end the result was very satisfying.
Another neat bit of detail were the "cutscenes" between levels, where it was obvious it's the same person, just two sides (literally). I also like the way audio amplifies the pieces of dialogue.
I usually feel like I should include at least some downsides to a review, but this time around I feel like I would be way too nit-picky and I don't wanna be mean. All I can say is, I want more, keep em coming!
Beautiful graphics, interesting use of ingredients and very fun gameplay.
The authors are either VERY skilled with creating crazy good graphics quickly, or they've used assets created before the jam (there's so many different variations of environment!!)
Either way, the game looks and plays very well.
Sometimes, it was difficult to understand the tutorial (I got stuck at the part where you have to die to get multiple erases), and it was confusing that the second jump in the double jump was basically a dash (it didn't give you a vertical boost, but the animation implied that it would)
Otherwise, great work.
Incredible stuff. I absolutely do not understand how you could make such a polished and sophisticated game in two days. The graphics and puzzles are very good and I liked the ideas the game presents. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't some sort of story evaluation at the end of how the level went or at least some sort of recap at the end of them all. And it would be great if the player knew from the beginning how many times he can die in the level. But otherwise I have nothing but words of praise.
