Nice! One thing I did notice is if you make it to level 2 and die you restart on level 2 instead of going back to 1. More levels would be good too :D Maybe you could do merging into a flow of traffic.

Love the take on the theme, pretty fun game, neat and simple but with the "devil in the details", the cars have direction indicators! I really liked that detail. Maybe you can develop the concept and release it, gameplay is addicting. Very nicely done.

Reminds me of a board game I played as a kid, really well implemented, although at the start the way the turn indicators worked confused me a little, pretty hard but fun game!
