Is it okay if I create a game inspired by another game, but with some changes? For example, if there’s a game like ‘Need for Speed’, can I make a similar game with different gameplay and rules?
If it fits the Jam's theme, then you can, although you obviously can't use any branding of the game your being inspired by.
