86 seconds! Adorable game, great stuff! I really like the theme implementation. Making the game harder by decreasing the visibility is very creative.
I played in full screen but the screen didn't expand, maybe that was the browser bug you mentioned?

Fun little game

It's great! Loved the concept, it was fun getting into a rhythm and like pacing myself with the music to not be too early or too late, and adding the leaf clicking really made it a nice challenge, well done!

Fun little game and really challenging. One could almost make a rythm game out of it with those mechanics.

Nice simple concept that was executed well. I did well on my first run... then very (very) bad for a good few runs... then I got the hang of it and had a really good time trying to beat my high score! Nice cute art too :)

thank you! i'm glad you had fun :)

It has a certain appeal, even though I'm really bad at the game

Really liked the dual keyboard/mouse controls, genuinely felt like I was using different parts of my brain at once! Good amount of challenge without feeling unfair, and the little knight is very cute. Good job!!

Developer

thanks! i really like how the dual gameplay worked out, i'm glad you enjoyed it too :)

Arrow and mouse controls at the same time make the game challenging (synergy!), despite the simple mechanics. The reaction time allowed is pretty slow. Nice game overall!

I think it would be better if you could change the background.

Other than that, the mechanics are simple but definitely fun.

Developer

thanks for the feedback! the background was definitely what i put the least effort into, by the time i was making art assets i was too tired to make a better looking background haha

Submitted(+1)

Really fun despite being so simple. The background makes it a bit hard to see the enemies at times, as well as distinguish enemies from leaves. Solid game all around

My record is 89.7s.

Nice idea adding the leaves to increase the difficulty!

Unfortunately, in the browser version, the game is not displayed correctly.

Developer

nice time! i think the highest anyone has gotten is around 100s, you're pretty good! i'm not really sure what went wrong with the web version, especially since it's only bugged on certain browsers. either way i hope you had fun :)

Simple but effective! I like it.

That was a great little minigame game! I felt like Undyne's fight in undertale! Something may have gone a little wrong with the browser version as the entire window was on the top left of the screen and grey everywhere else (I got to see the bugs ahead of time) Regardless I'm happy with my score!
