I think it's great combo of the theme and limitation, the ghost sprites are cute too :D I did notice sometimes when clicking on enemies the operation doesn't get applied unless I click it a few times...

also perhaps for extra challenge the ghosts could be in different colors but maybe also slow the ghosts down a little if so for bit of room to think haha

Nice work!

The game is quite fun, and the sprites look very nice. Although, on top of the previous commenters notes: I’ve found that I just.. Cannot die? Maybe this is intentional, though.

Overall, great game!

Really nice game! Love the gameplay loop and mechanics! You could maybe slow down the enemies a bit to give the player some time to think, but other than that really great game!

I quite like the concept, but I will agree with what the previous comments have said. Besides that, I would personally like to be able to change spell using the 1-4 keys or something similar, maybe in addition to the radial menu, since I feel like I would be able to adjust more quickly.

What a good game you have here! Aesthetic is cozy, music is a good match, and gameplay is not that hard to grab, which I'm really surprised. I do have a few notes for you. The spell cycle and the attack input are both on the left click. On some level I have to click multiple times to reach the ghost's requirement, which caused me to unintentionally changed the spell. Maybe you should change the spell cycle to be on another input, like keyboard or right click, or you can increase the threshold the mouse need to travel to open the spell wheel, which I think is the best option. That's my thoughts on this game, hope you do well on upcoming games too!

Thanks for playing & commenting! You're actually right, I don't know why I didn't consider just binding the magic wheel to right click- it would make it a bit easier to control and prevent misinputs. Cheers for the advice!

I liked it! Finding the most efficient combination of operations to get to the target number was challenging under time pressure.

One thing I found myself getting mixed up on – I kept thinking the big number in the orb was my current number, but it's really the next number.

Thanks for playing & commenting! Yeah, the orb originally did show your current number and the upcoming ones were on the side, but I changed it last minute because it felt redundant with the floating one also showing the current one.  Now that I think about it, I'd have them both show the current number :P
