I forgot to mention that there’s a section in the Map Options called “Bonus Exp” that has a bunch of free Exp to distribute to your units. It can be a big help when things get tough.

- A good attempt at introducing pregnancy mechanics into a TRP in a believable manner. The pregnancy system needs some tuning and the encounters balanced; but it's a decent start and I like the overall setting.
- I enjoyed the game even though I struggled to play it. Felt like I was easily overwhelmed but that might be the goal. Pregnancy wise you do see some progression and the option to give birth which is unique. Gameplay offers some of the classic srpg game style which is fun, especially when you add in a pregnancy twist. Creativity I like the diverse cast of characters, wished however we saw their full art more often. Finally the jam theme, that said in my playthrough I didn't encounter much of the theme however unless you consider pushing your troops to the limit of their abilities when overwhelmed.
- I should start by saying this: I suck at games like this. Now, even with saying that... This game is beatable. Poorly balanced, but beatable, so I enjoyed it. The pregnancy being a proper mechanic was nice, even having some proper thinking ahead required to get the most out of it. While the enemies got a tad overwhelming and some of the units felt a lot less useful than others, it only took me two tries to actually beat the gauntlet. This needs some more playtesting and rebalancing, plus I was not entirely sure about the limits being pushed. However, I think that this game is well worth everyone's time in its current state and it will no doubt become even better with time.
- While the story was a bit flat, the gameplay was pretty nice! I did find it a fair bit challenging considering how many enemies spawned and how often the main cast missed their attacks but I managed! Also I have to say, the tile-fighting was a unique game mechanic that I haven't seen yet in any of the PGJs!
