Hi
I have a problem soo i can't sell hammers.
Please help!
Update 0.0.72
Hello to the developers.
Some small bugs I have found so far:
I tweak the settings to allow for a smooth gameplay, but when I exit and reload the app, the screen is very dark. To normalize the screen, I have to reset the graphics.
My game loaded on day 5 and I found all of my premade weapons, I.E. hammers, swords, daggers, glowing as if I hadn't cooled them yet.
Other than that, great game with so much potential. Keep at it!
Windows 10
Ram: 8 gig
Intel onboard HD 4400 for graphics
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4170 CPU @ 3.70GHz (Physical duo-core, but reads as quad)
Game build: 0.0.72
hi just tried playing this and found a strange bug. dont know if anyone ran into this problem too but about day 5 or 6 i got a customer asking for one weapon then after i give the it they change their mind for something different like this one asked for first a greatsword then a warhammer but when they left with the hammer the sword was on the floor and the sign saying what they bought was a dagger
If you read My post you'd know that I have tried Many times to turn up my gamma and when ever I click the bar to increase gamma, the game goes down to my taskbar and pops me back onto my desktop I have tried it with the itch.io app and get same issues nor can I reset my settings because the same thing happens
1. 0.0.72
2. I'm having an issue with the price for ingots. From Youtube videos I see like $100 for Tin and $500 for the next one but on my version the price goes from $10 copper to $500 Tin. I don't believe this is the right pricing for these ingots xD
4. I'm running on a laptop: Acer Aspire E 15 all stock. The game is running perfectly fine on high/epic graphics if that means anything.
P.S. Sorry if this issue was brought up I looked up and down the bug reports and I didn't notice anyone else reporting this issue. Thank you for your time.
Version 0.0.72: Free Money!
(Edit: I just noticed someone else got the same results by going to sandbox mode instead of exiting the game, but I'll leave my version up anyways) I've got an interesting bug/exploit that I believe anyone can replicate (I was able to reproduce it over and over):
Let me know if anyone else can replicate this process on their copy. Happy smithing!
Hi. I literally downloaded your game today after seeing Sl1g8tor upload his gameplay to youtube this afternoon. I can't play it at all. The game is incredibly dark, and every few seconds the mouse pointer appears on my screen then I click somewhere and the game minimizes. When I put it back it, I get a few more moments of very dark gameplay then the pointer appears and minimizes all over again. I can't change graphical settings because of it minizing, and after I put it back up the game thinks it's in windowed mode and the pointer won't go down past a certain point on the screen.
I run 32gb on my brand new pc using nvidia 1080, I really don't believe anything is bad on my end since I can play ARK or Conan and other giant games with incredible ease. I was really looking forward to trying this out after seeing my favorite YouTuber playing it. :(
the darkness problem can be solved by going into settings, and upping your brightness (it might be called gamma, not sure)
i have a similar problem with the mouse pointer randomly appearing though, and its annoying, because you have to hit esc and then resume to get the cursor to go away (or at least i have to do that)
i don't have the problem with random minimizing though. are you sure you dont have another program that is not recognizing it as a game, and innterupting it, and causing it to minimize the game?
i used to have disable programs such as razer synapse, because the notification for updates would minimize whatever i was doing. when that happens, try to look in your hidden icons and see if something new is opened. if nothing like that happens, then its possible it is just the game being stupid. other than that i would not know how to help without having access to your computer, because i do not know what kind of programs you have.

When working on the bench to attach grips to blades, sometimes the weapon bugs into the bench and gets stuck. I find ths happens most frequently when the weapon reguires a guard. So its almost always the swords that get stuck. When the guard attaches to the blade, the blade is always attached to the direction the guard is facing and often end up stuck inside the workbench. Then the whole sword gets stuck and its difficult to unstick.
Im not sure how to attach the screenshot. Sorry.
Easy to replicate by attaching a grip to a guard ( so you know which way its facing) And connect it to the blade with the handle sticking up, and the connection site to the blade facing downward toward the workbench.
Others are having the same problem, it has to do with how the weapons snap together using the orientation of the part that you're currently holding with the right mouse button. Read THIS POST, it might help you avoid this problem until the dev can come up with a patch to resolve the glitch. Happy Smithing!
this is my first time downloading and trying to run the game i have tried multiple times but the same thing keeps happend as soon as i click shopsim.exe application it says windows cannot access the specified decive, path or file you may not have the appropriate access im not sure how to reproduce the issue and my computer specs are a AMD A10-570M-APU with Radeon(tm) HD Grapics 2.50ghz and 8gb ram and 64 bit operating system
seach this up on google images to see the error its the same as what i have
windows cannot access the specified device, path or file you may not have the appropriate access error
Yes, you are correct. If you scan through some of the other players' posts in this thread you'll see that you're not alone in experiencing this bug. The dev's working on it. If you look under the Updates list on the Trello page HERE you'll see that in the (unreleased) Patch 0.0.73 he's got it fixed. We'll just have to wait until the other issues addressed in that patch are also ready. Thanks!
