I change a computer， I copy the game to the new device but I did not know it needs to be reactived. It says the key has already been used. How can solve this problem? The key can be resetted?
Man, it's really tiring. We've submitted for the 4th time now, and Steam's feedback keeps coming in bits and pieces – like 'need save files', 'enable this', 'disable that'. Each round takes 7-10 days (it's supposed to be max 7 working days, but it feels like they always wait until the very last day!). Anyway, we think it's probably almost sorted out now.
