- Funny game. Almost like a warioware game but for job hunting. The jokes funny and the concept ridicule in a good way. I specially like the "complimentary water" XD

Fun simple game loop, enjoyed getting different results and loved seeing stuff changing in the CV. Really liked the "Jamming in the Fireside" easter egg too!
Really enjoyed this game! The humor style is great and gave me a ton of chuckles, best when something would catch my eye in the middle of the minigame and make me laugh almost throwing me off lol. The game gets nicely intense near the end and really triggers my gambling mindset. Great game!!
Really liked the game (i'm goated at it btw lol), only thing I would've liked is a steeper difficulty ramp and maybe a few more minigames, but hey its a game jam you aren't gonna have all the time you want.

I like how this game really evokes the feelings of the pointless cycle and monotonous box checking that is the modern day online job hunt. I don't mean that in a negative way :p

Such a goofy and polished wario-ware-like (ah, my favorite genre)! The art was good, everything felt satisfying to do and play, and it was a lot of fun too! My only suggestion would be to ramp up the intensity even higher when you get to higher job applications, but other than that, great work!
Very cool to hear it is your favourite genre! And also great to hear you want the difficulty to ramp up a bit. I went back and forth for a while on how difficult it should be. Perhaps I could make it go even more exponentially difficult towards the end!

At the time when I got to "Master of the galaxy" the timers were so fast that new tasks didn't even have time to appear before disappearing! I had 3 tasks at the same time on screen and didn't understand anything ;-;
I think you should make the difficulty be the tasks themselves, not just reducing the time you have to complete them. But that's way too overscoped for a jam lol
This is so cute and fun! I got really sucked into the loop of job hunting, lol. Only disappointment was I think I got to CTO and I stopped for a second to answer a text, only to look up and see the game restarted. Weird bug, but didn't affect my enjoyment. Just wanted to let you know in case you want to hunt it! lol

Quick and fun! Loved the warioware style approach. I also really enjoyed trying to read the silly things on the CVs, got a good chuckle out of it.
I managed to get "Champion of the galaxy" on my 2nd attempt, I did run into a bug where the email popup happened during a minigame which caused a lot of chaos so I'm not sure if I got it in a valid way 😂

Looking back I probably should have implemented some sort of state machine to prevent multiple things happening at once. Not sure how it happened but if I come back to the game I will try to fix it - thanks for letting me know
