At first I had no idea what the heck was going on, but eventually figured out the rules and could finally complete the game (i.e. not get last). Good work!

The final iteration was pretty interesting and allowed for more and more interesting player decisions. I think this could be a fun game with a bit more depth and some way to overcome or game the inherent RNG.

This was pretty ambitious, and I like the backdrop of friends playing games. Unfortunately, I was really confused for most of them.

Good job on spreading out the learning curve between the game upgrades!
I feel like there's some interesting meta-commentary here on how each "upgrade" is still entirely a game of chance, just a game of chance that's more obfuscated so you don't realize that it's all chance. Feels like a soft takedown of a lot of mobile and gambling games, lol.
I also liked the integration with texting your friend, that's a nice touch.
