  • A fun, compact game. My one issue was a lack of any sort of tutorial to understand the finer details of how I supposed to "get a higher score". Couple that with the end of game restart being bugged and it made the "learn by failing" method difficult. The setting and art helped compensate for those shortcomings. If the dev does decide to patch things up, I would happily give this another go. Also, with timed games like this, it's hard to fully appreciate the art, so a post game gallery would be a nice potential addition.
  • It hurts my soul that I can't give this one more points, honestly. This is one of the coolest ideas for a short, quick game themed around pregnancy I've ever seen, and it's a shame that the bugs and jank drag it down from being top tier for me. There is a lot (and I mean a lot) good here, but crucial parts of the gameplay feel either too sluggish for the rapid pace or just bugged. I really, really want to see this continued with a bugfix patch, because this could be extremely popular in the community with some fixing and polishing.
  • This game was pretty fun, had to make an early save due to the end game bug but racing to collect all the slimes was tricky yet the belly growth felt rewarding. Pregnancy wise we had a progressive growing belly and a sort of psudo birth at the end which was nice. Gameplay I enjoyed although I think I will have to give this a go once the bugs have been fixed out. Creativity honestly from the comic book art like start to the main character art and smooth animation, I felt was amazing. Jam theme wise played on the crazy large size the player.
  • While I understand the minute long timer due to the urgency of the story, I wish it didn't take time to change mana-types. You ARE forced to push the limits in the single minute you have and it was very creative to have different mana-types to cycle through.

I didn't have the pleasure of getting the best ending but regardless, even if it is quite buggy the art is top tier and makes it all worth.

Incredibly buggy, but also incredibly interesting. Pretty interesting take on the usual summoning  premise we usually see in preg related stories and games and with more time to develop, this could be a quite engaging dungeon-crawler/time attack game. The art that is there is pretty good and the limited assets used worked pretty well. The other people here already pointed out the technical issues, so I won't repeat myself. Enjoyable for what it is.

Mid game. Sketch is normal for a Jam game. But the bugs at the end is very annoying

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback! The restart button indeed sucked, it's a lot more work than I thought and I ran out of time, but the game will be finished post-jam so stay tuned!

the game is kinda buggy. lots of visual glitches, especially during the summoning section, and the summoning minigame seems like it's window of timing is to small since most of my attempts fail. Also don't bother hitting restart, the game gets visually stuck on the end so just quit and start a new game

Developer

Heyo thanks for the feedback! The button actually registers, as long as you summoned a soldier, you actually succeed 2 Summon Hit, but the visuals are off, sorry!

And the game will be fixed improved post-jam so stay tune!

This is probably the most amazing RPG Maker game I have ever seen.

Although I can feel that there are many unfinished parts.

But summoners can get really big. I like it!

Developer

Heyy thanks for the feedback! Indeed the game is unfinished , but I'll be finishing the game post-jam.
And yeah, Phraxa is one of the High-tier Mage, and it's normal for them to be that big! Heheh

Love the concept, love the art, love soooome of the gameplay. I think most of my complaints are about execution.

- I would love to be able to figure out the controls without having to read the text on the website, even if it's just an option or a textbox on the top menu. Since it's time limited and shoots the player straight into the scenario, it's really important to give the player a strong grasp of what they've to do from the get-go, or else allow for quick retrying

- I tried playing on controller at first, but I don't think the colour switching was bound at all

- for ease of development maybe the cutscene at the start could have been a duplicate map, and then transfer you to the actual map (with no cutscene) to start the level. This would have made it easier to setup the replay, I think.

- I know you know this, but it's super frustrating to have bad feedback on the timed button presses. These things can be hard enough when you're dealing with tight timing, but adding in ambiguity over when the right time to click is, it's super annoying.

Once I got the hang of the mechanics it was very fun to watch the summoner get truly gigantic. Again, great art, love the little zoom out when she's crazy huge.

Fantastic effort!

Heyya thanks for the feedback! Yeah, it's the biggest mistake was not focusing on the gameplay loop, I couldn't finish the restart button on time, had too much fun doing other feature, but lesson learned.

And your tips are very helpful! Going to note that for future games, I appreciate it.
The game will be improved & finished post-jam, so stay tune!

I do like the idea that you are build an army to fight but only  problem is I wish for a  short Tutorial how to play the game and a endless mode to play with the game more.

Developer(+3)

Heyya! Thanks for the feedback, endless feature will sure be added post-jam, so stay tune!

I will note that the summoning mini-game is a little bugged. It desyncs from the display, counts misses before it even reaches the green part, and sometimes it just refuses to let you get any summoning progress. That said I managed to gt the Good ending on one of my runs. It's an interesting concept but some aspects need more polish and some mechanics particularly the linking mechanic needs some explanation as I never learned why I needed to link especially since it takes so long to do. Still it was a fun time and hope to see the bugs patched and things cleaned up a little bit in the future.

Developer

The visual desync is saved in my note, I underestimated the workload, but will do better in the future!

And yeah the game will be fully fixed post-jam along with the finished art, and some lore explanation, after finishing my other game update so stay tune!

The 60 sec. limit feels way too quick for a proper exploration of the area. Before you even realise it has began, it is nearly over and with no possibility of another round.

Developer

I'd say, it's a free-to-do game in 60 seconds, so you're free to explore & roam first before doing the proper mana gathering heheh.
AND of course, it needs the restart feature to be fixed asap, so I'll get into that eventually! Sorry for the inconvenience

(+1)

The game completly breaks down upon restart.

Developer

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience! I made a lil guide on the desc, hopefully will get around the gameplay loop soon!

(+2)

There is a bug, when i restart the game,it get stuck.

Developer

Heyyo I'm still working around the whole main issue with the game, hopefully will get it around the gameplay loop asap!
I'll add an external fixed link in the desc outside of the jam
