This is a psychological horror visual novel with a unique approach to storytelling and gameplay. The game takes place in the aftermath of a catastrophic earthquake, where a group of survivors finds themselves trapped in the ruins of a collapsed building. As they struggle to escape, they must also face their deepest fears, past traumas, and complex relationships with one another.
Each character is deeply connected in some way—some are friends, family, or strangers, while others share hidden histories filled with tension, guilt, or unresolved emotions. The player's choices will shape the narrative, revealing different character perspectives and determining who survives and how the story unfolds.
This game is inspired by Slay the Princess, aiming for a more interactive and immersive experience than traditional visual novels. Instead of static text and images, the game will feature:
-
Dynamic character animations to bring emotions to life
-
Fully voiced dialogue where characters actually speak their lines, rather than just reacting to text
-
Branching narrative paths that make every decision impactful
-
Psychological horror elements that blur the line between reality and hallucination
What I’m Looking For:
-
Programmers (preferably familiar with Godot) to help build the game’s mechanics
-
Writers to assist with dialogue and refining the story’s emotional depth
-
Sound Designers & Composers for immersive sound effects and eerie background music
-
Voice Actors (optional but highly preferred) to bring the characters to life
This is a passion project, and I’m looking for teammates who love storytelling and psychological horror as much as I do! If you're interested, feel free to reach out—let’s create something amazing together.
