Nice concept for a game! I tried to fill in the whole map, but realised it doesn't scale up that much with more tiles, so it would have taken forever to fill the whole map xd

Maybe lack of choice for the tiles? That will make me play for longer, like different type of water or even weather events. Good job overall!

I couldn't figure out the goal at first, the numbers were hidden on my screen for some reason. So my goal was just to flood all the houses, and I did a pretty good job. 10/10 great game 👍 

Maybe could use a bit more of a structure to work towards
