Homebound's itch.io pageGame Description
Testing Grounds is a survival game in which players traverse a post-nuclear Earth, documenting flora and fauna while doing their best to survive in a foreign environment. Players must manage resources in order to maintain a stable supply of food and water and construct shelters for warmth. This game provides a unique survival experience with its apocalyptic atmosphere, unusual wildlife, and emphasis on conservation.
Crafting System
Collect materials to craft parts to repair the rocket. First get stones and sticks to make a shovel, then use the shovel to get bricks and make a hammer. Finally, use the hammer to mine the metal and craft the rocket parts to leave.
Gameplay Dynamics
In the wake of nuclear war, humanity has fled to underground colonies to escape the global fallout, awaiting the day the surface becomes habitable once again. A century has passed, and the facilities are failing; in a desperate bid for survival, colonial authorities have selected a small group of humanity's best and brightest (or so they say) to ascend and survey the surface to determine its habitability.

I keep getting lost, and it was unclear what I was supposed to do.
Couldn't figure out the game much, but it still seems good
I wish I had an inventory view so I could see what I've collected
I'd like a visual indicator of your inventory
Game has a lot of potential, but it need to indicate when you can interact with an object and what objects you have. A tutorial would also be helpful
