It's great that all choices are connected to something beautiful or funny. Your implementation of the theme is also very good. Maybe adding music to the game and having some words in different colors or animations in the texts could add to the atmosphere. For example, where we encounter the giant serpent, you can write the text "giant serpent" in red and use an animation like the "shake" animation in this link. Other than that, you did a great job for your first game, congratulations!
Interesting little game. There is a lot of room for improvement, but I see this is your first game (at least on your itch profile) - so congratulations!
