How many tracks did you submit?

Explain your hypothetical game concept & how you interpreted the theme!
hypothetical game would some sort of 2d side scroller or puzzle game thats very calm. I imagine this piece as sort of a save point theme or perhaps a theme for a small village built up in the clouds.

What genre is your soundtrack?
Ambient

How did you incorporate quartal harmony into your hypothetical soundtrack?
Ive never composed with the quatral harmonic chords before so found some I Liked and used those for the chords and ambiences and then threw a few jazzier type notes. Mostly taking inspiration from jazz voicing for the chords and then dded some other notes to keep it interesting for the melodies. My music theory isnt great though so apologies if i missed the mark

Anything else you'd like to add?
Im sorry its so short I would have loved to have added more tracks

The production here is dense in a way that creates such a dreamy vibe! I'm a sucker for dense mixes haha. Very sweet and pretty instrumentation and choice of effects. I agree that the mood and tone of the track reflect the theme quite nicely! Great job!

i know you mentioned you didnt see the days of future past theme but this piano is nostalgic and reminiscent. very on theme to me hahah

I like the piano's sound design, the chords are very nice and thee general playing is very nice. I agree with House that it's not very connected to the theme, thought it was a hard theme lol! Though I do have a pet peeve that the sound is overall pretty muddy, one way you could change that is by making a separate channel for the delay/reverb and EQing just the delay/reverb so you can keep the tone of the piano without the delay/reverb getting too muddy sounding. Overall, quite good and wish there was more!

This is very well produced. Nice tone on piano, tasteful reverb/delays. I definitely think this could work well as a save point theme. I think it could've been a bit more overtly connected to the theme of the jam but that's my only major critique!

Yeah Ive literally only just realised, upon checking out other submissions, that there was a  'days of future past' theme. whoops 😂 totally missed that

It sounds really cool! Not sure if I can provide proper feedback since I am a rookie composer but I enjoyed listening to it!  :)

It may be short, but it packs a punch! There is a lot of "vibe" in this track. Emotion just oozes out of the song. It feels airy and floaty, so I think your title is very accurate and descriptive. Great work!
