Very original and fun ! Personally I reached 22. 

Good concept, it's funny and frentic.
Maybe there is to manybirds , it's help the chaos vibe.
A sugestion, add a pill queue,bubble bobble puzzle, at first each pill has a single color, but as the level progress add more color to a single pill, that determine the color the bird gonna shift. from there you can play around it for examply Pliss form define the behaviou of the bird after consume,  If you don't use the pill fast it automaticall change or can trow itlsef catching you with the guard down.
My point it's the chaos and frenzy fit perfect to the concept, but you need an aditional layer to make the player fell challenge and not simply smash buttons, like a fighting at start you smashing buttons because that work but as you progres you have to learn the moves of the fighter you choose. 

Now I know what birds on meth do and it’s impressive and a bit scary! I’ll try that tomorrow.

Jokes apart, pretty funny game! the meth twist got me!

I kind of feel like the current design encourages me to button mash more than anything else, but it does fit the “meth” vibe

The overall concept here was a bit of a miss for me, but you do have a game here, and I think with some tweaking (especially additional visual or audio feedback for the player when they've succeeded or failed at taking a picture) this could be something really interesting. Thanks for making and sharing your game.

Hey! You're game lacks a lot of things, we don't have an image cover, there's no music / sfx.
I think i understand the game mechanic but it lacks of feedback.
But we still have a full game, there's the loop, keep improving and it will be good.
On the other side, we have a great concept, distracting bird with drugs is crazy!
