Hey all,

I'm looking to bring on both a Unity programmer and a sketch/concept artist for work on a game in development. The focus right now is to build a prototype to use for fundraising before expanding to a full production. Right now I'm looking for:

  1. A 2D, concept/sketch artist to develop placeholder textures, assets, UI elements, and doodads
  2. A Unity-experienced programmer able to move the product from concept to functioning product

I'm open to offering pay for work in the short term, but am more interested in pulling on partners willing to commit to long term development with a Work-For-Equity arrangement.

Game Details:

  • Top-Down RTS game
  • Science Fiction based
  • Higher Resolution Pixel Art
  • Built around fleet construction, combat, regional and local system control, and tech tree research
  • Multiplayer driven with single player components
  • Prototype based on in-browser player
  • Long term development focused on the Unity Engine, with the intent of fundraising in the near future

Happy to discuss more at length. Contract agreements and NDAs will be provided. Pay is negotiable based on experience and scope of work.

Please feel free to reach out here, or at jdowds@nightshift-interactive.com.
