This was neat! By the end it was definitely pretty spooky, though for most it with the generators it was just kind of tedious. It also didn’t make a ton of sense to the me that the generators were silently opening remote doors. If feel like a set of keys would have made more sense.

Regardless, the different areas were impressive and I was not expecting driving a car to be a part of it. I did flip it on my first play through and soft lock myself though. That was probably the part that felt the most unnecessary.

Great job overall, though!

I really wanted to try this one out but for some reason my character could only walk left and was always walking left . I got stuck in the door and couldn't navigate :(

I really liked the environment you put together, and driving around was also pretty fun. I did fall off the map, which was also pretty fun! You got a lot done in such a short time, I wish there was more direction given; I felt lost at times.

Cool that you guys had voice acting, what a story!

Pretty impressive scope for such a short time frame! I thought the environments were nice,  and personally the assets meshed together for a unified feel.  I was stuck in the house for a while not knowing I needed the backpack first, and I fell into some inescapable geometry in the mine; some wayfinding/direction (like your crosshair being an X instead of an O for objects you can't interact with yet) would be a nice polishing touch, but it's a jam and I'm sure you already thought of it. I apologize to my wife, but I did not follow the road; driving was honestly more fun than it had any right to be, I was whipping that lemon back and forth, hitting jumps, and crashing into trees like it was GTA.

It's a nice story game but I feel like the generator mechanic is overused, I really like the driving part, the mines were scary, and you don't see many games with a dialog system.

It's a fun story game but next time, try to not use other assets, it saves time but people don't like it, I feel like your game could've been better without them

Thanks a lot for playing and the feedback!!! Totally get the point about the generators and assets, we had limited time and it was our first 3D game, but we’ll aim higher next time.
