This was a neat concept.  The rocks falling out when leaning too far was a nice visualization so you didn't need to look at the numbers.

Very cool idea and execution. The leaning was a little fiddly, but I feel like I got a hang of it ok.

Nice concept! The visuals and audio were solid as well.

It seemed like it jumped from too easy (normal load) to too hard (heavy load), but it was still fun to run through on it with a normal load. With the heavy load it seemed like before I fully felt like I had a chance to adjust, I would get the falling over animation and then it would reset and it felt like I was back to square one.

Still, nice job!

Pretty cool concept, reminded me of Death Stranding like you have to take care of your cargo and you have to balance left or right.

Good job!

I might just be extremely terrible at the game but I felt like I kept just flopping between extreme right lean and  extreme left lean. My guy would also sometimes just spin completely around leading to me walking off the map. I could only get past the first level with a 0kg load, but it might just be skill issue.

I did really love the aesthetic and music though! I feel like I was delivering something... not very legal for the giant nose to sniff lol

Very cool! I’m extremely bad at it, but I love it! I think the only thing holding me back from being able to get past the first bridge is some visual representation of how much weight is leaning to one side and how much “strength” my inputs are giving to the counter lean.

I thought about it for a bit, and a cool representation might be to make the backpack clear, so you can see the sand shift to the sides, and know what direction it’s pulling you. Then to represent the player inputs, you could just do some kind of bar or maybe arm movements of the character. Overall, loved having a few tries at it and its a really cool take on the theme!

Yeah that's a good suggestion to help with difficulty. The pack is actually informed by a 2D rigid body beam on a center pivot that gets offset up and down depending on the load and leaning applies a torque to it. During testing it was definitely easier to have the 2D overlay on, but I didn't have time to implement a good visualization of it.

I have to say that it's very original!

Man that nose was pretty wack. Reminds me of wario ware shake it on the wii. Crazy hard but I got 26 kilo win :)

As soon as I put that in, I thought of Wario Ware! Good shout

awesome art! Nice to see another foddian like game :)

I was going to make a comparison to Death Stranding but this actually gives me more of a Foddian vibe now I think about it some more.  I think it's a pretty cool idea and can imagine like a full version of this to be a bit of a viral hit.

Death stranding is a totally accurate comparison; my initial seed of an idea to take its walking mechanics and turn them to the extreme, which quickly veered into QWOPish territory. Thanks for playing!

Being a cocaine mule was never this fun, the sound and art is really good

The balancing is a little hard but we got there at the end

I really liked this short expedition with THE MULE. The wind effect in the second 'level' was a really nice suprise. Also the Mule 3D model looks really cool! Great work!
