Game didn't work for me :(
It just opens and closes when I run the exe
Do you get any error messages?
And can i see the windows event logs?
No errors, no logs. it just opens and closes immediately. But I found out that I can't play almost any gam that I have to download to play and made in godot for this jam. I think it's just my hardware issue. which is sad :( this game looked pretty fun
thanks for the reply tho!
Nice duck sprite and level art. The jump key didn't always work for me which was a bit frustrating. I didn't manage to get past this section:
Is it a skill issue on my part?
P.S. Also the background music is positional so it eventually fades out completely as you progress through the level.
I have gotten through that part enough times to know it is possible, you are supposed to time your jump and double jump so that you go under the first platform and land on the second. I have noticed the jump key can be a bit weird, but have not been able to locate the issue yet unfortunately, i am happy you played my game, and thanks for the P.S. about the music i will change that after the jam is finnished.
The game doesnt want to run sadly
did you also download the .pck file? else try running the exe through proton or some other program, i am assuming you are on linux of course.
oh i just tried the exe that was the one that didn't work shit
It works when i open the same file i uploaded, but when i download the uploaded one it does not work, is there any way to upload again? i promise i have not changed anything.
okay so you need to download both the exe and the pck files put them in the same folder and make sure they have the same name, then run the exe
