Hello! Congrats on your first finished game! This looks solid! However I am not sure what button to press after handling the items. I suggest you to upload a "How To Play" or "Controls" section to the description like which keys or mouse buttons do we use to interact?
The vast majority of operations are accomplished by the left mouse button; When holding a medicine bottle or a camera, you can put the item back by right-clicking the mouse.
Sorry, this is my first time uploading. There are many things I don't know. I will refine the instructions of the game again.
