awesome work!!!
i really like the idea of attacking with your mouse movement. i think it has great potential
I really enjoyed the gameplay, especially the character progression system it felt like a Souls-like game but with brushes! 😂 The idea of getting stronger after each death was awesome. The enemies, the level design, and the art were all really well done. Great job! Keep it up, you might end up as one of the winners in the jam!
I really love this kind of game! The visuals look great, the walking sound is super satisfying, and the music fits really well too.
The brush effects are really nicely done, and the enemies are cute.
The upgrades are a great addition and make the game even more challenging.
I’m just not quite sure what the coins are for? But overall, really well done — definitely a top 5 game for me
This is such a fun concept, and I really enjoyed playing this game. Using the cursor to attack enemies made me feel as if I was really waving a sword against them, and it's a bit hard to explain but aesthetically it also looks cool in synergy with the main character you control. If you decide to push this game further after the jam I'd definitely be on the look out, but at the moment this game is really cool.
It's a bit unusual having to keep track of two objects moving in different directions on the screen, but overall it's really interesting!
I always like the idea of the cursor as a weapon, the brush idea add the *flair* to it. Cool game!
It’s great when a simple visual effect can teach you a mechanic. There was no explanation necessary, it was obvious how to attack just from that trail.
Cute little game. I liked the variation from the different brush types.
A genre I love revisiting within the theme, I loved it!
I liked your take on the theme will a combat brush game, I enjoyed my little playthrough
It has very nice art, though it's a little easy.
