Not bad of a game, especially for a first project! Hope you enjoyed the development process and learnt a lot from it! :D

The game is actually pretty fun!
I just wish the souls were different color than the background so they were easier to notice and blended less in the environment

The art and colors match pretty well and looks great!

The game felt really polished and I encountered no bugs at all (which is a very big win imho)

Id like to suggest tho, that the next jam you join, u should submit a web build or atlaeast provide a web alternative. Its much more convinient for others to just click on play without the need to download a random piece of software and run it on their pc's. It also usually gets much more people to try your game and get feedback (Tough Id say u got a good amount already :D)

Btw I saw that u got alot of the assets (very much like me) and I really appreciate you giving proper credits to the original creators!

Overall a really nice entry! Its obvious u learned alot!
I hope u had fun making it.

Oh thank you for trying! I had issues uploading web buildt, but I got one to work, the only linked in the description!! Yes, this is my very first project in general, and I did this in the 2 days of jams, 2 days i also learned mini micro! Thank you for your feedback and I'm glad u enjoy! I had fun, and it was all a journey to learn a new languaje in just 2 days! I'll take all recommendations for next jam!

I cant believe u actually learned the freakin language and made  a working game all in 2 days. That too with no visible bugs

You definitely did a solid job! My first game was about throwing some fish in a plate xD and I took 7 days for that.

I hope to see more of your work in the future! You did an amazing job! o7

love the color palette for this and the music choice !

This is a cute, cozy game. Sadly, there is not a lot to do currently but if you add a progression system of some kind, it could be really fun. Definitely do more with the light beam mechanic. It fells good to control it and to collect the icons.

Collecting stuff with the light beam is quite satisfying! But I wish there was some kind of progress or incentive to gather more (The game seems to reward just sitting around until the map is filled with collectibles).

Also I love the background! Did you paint it?

Developer

I ran out of time for making the inventive mechanics, I'm sorry. Thanks for playing!

The person who made this game has a ton of potential around the indie game dev scene. Has a knack for visuals, I hope they would continue making games.

it was great and visually beautiful, what are you waiting for future updates to see how the game turns out?🤠
