Alright, we need more specifics, what's the last thing you did for everyone? Did you break Katarina as in had sex with her 3 times in the pool, visited Emma at the sauna once a week three times? After that go with Sofia at the gas station on Friday and there's two options, arrest Mario or betray Sofia.
If the sauna scene with Emma is the same (have sex with her) then it depends on what you chose when Emma said she wanted that same life, if you told her "You need to resist" (or something like that) then she'll only be able to betray Mario, if you picked the other option then you'll have to have sex a few more times and then tell Mario she's ready, he'll join the next time and then you can proceed and share her.
